Challenge - 5 days of cardio

Here is a new challenge!

Feeling sluggish and out of shape? Kick start your body by committing to a 30 minute cardio regimen 5 days a week.

Before you begin rattling off excuses, I should warn you that I have used most of them AND I am also a mom so I have heard most of them, so do not bother.
Yes, it can be done! Yes, it may feel like a pain in the ass at first, but get through your first week and see how you feel.

Here are some tips:

  1. 30 mins on the elliptical

  2. Half of a spin class

  3. 15 mins brisk uphill walk on the treadmill, 15 mins on the stair master

  4. 10minutes on elliptical, 5 minute run on treadmill, repeat and you are done

Get a great playlist together to motivate you along.
