Anna has a background in nursing and physical therapy and developed a personalized program for me. She was concerned and understanding about my fears. Within a few months I felt much stronger and I was no longer falling down. (The best part was that my butt look awesome). Two years ago I had upper back surgery and when I started exercising again I was very weak and had to begin from square one. When I first started training with Anna my stomach was so big I couldn’t see myself in the mirror. Now all I do is walk around with my shirt off and my wife can’t keep her (or other women’s) hands off me. I’ve saved so much money not having to buy shirts!
Anna doesn’t run through any kind of general routine but instead has focused her attention on my personal needs. She is sensitive to my strengths and weaknesses and has created a balanced, integrated, full body work out program specifically for me. And she only throws free weights at me if I don’t do what she says!
Her broad range of knowledge in anatomy, yoga, nutrition, (she is also a registered nurse) gives her the ability to understand your body from multiple perspectives, which, with me, meant standing back at least 30 ft. I was not after a routine of bulking up, but rather, to work towards having a fully toned body, building strength, increasing stamina, and refining my general health overall. Anna is sensitive to my needs, listens carefully and understands my goals and consistently works with me to achieve them.
I’ve been working with Anna for 4 years and I’ve got a lot to show for it. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. And she is really fun to train with. As you might have guessed, we have a blast working out. Serious training mixed with a vicious sense of humor.

Anna is a fabulous trainer! I have known her for years and she’s always been my inspiration. She is very knowledgeable with all aspects of training: engaging your core (number 1), yoga, dance, and circuit training.
