Empower Your Journey with Move And Thrive
Hello there! I'm thrilled to share my motto, "Move And Thrive," which serves as the guiding principle for my mission to inspire and empower you to discover the transformative power of movement in your life.
From a young age, I learned to conquer life's challenges through the incredible medium of exercise. Whether it was running, dance, kickboxing, weight lifting, or more recently, yoga, I've experienced firsthand the remarkable ability of physical activity to uplift even the gloomiest of days. It's awe-inspiring how tapping into your inner strength can quickly turn things around.
Throughout my journey, I've found my passion lies in cultivating core strength and promoting proper posture. These fundamental elements form the bedrock of our true strength and vitality.
Whatever your fitness aspirations may be, rest assured we'll find a way to achieve them together. My expertise encompasses a diverse range of disciplines:
Traditional weight training for building strength
Core, cardio, and balance exercises for a well-rounded foundation
Boot camp-style workouts tailored for weight loss
Flexibility training to enhance mobility
Injury rehabilitation to nurture a resilient body
Dancer's workout to channel grace and expression
Yoga and breathwork for inner harmony and mindfulness
At the heart of it all, I believe it's crucial to be constantly reminded of our inherent strength so we can confront life's obstacles with confidence. Even if it feels impossible to fit workouts into your bustling schedule, I assure you the effort is well worth it.
Through my blogs, videos, and thoughtfully crafted products, I'm committed to teaching and showing you the way to your fitness goals. Together, we'll celebrate your progress, embrace the joy of movement, and unlock your fullest potential.
Thank you for being a part of this empowering journey. Let's Move And Thrive together!

FAQs
What’s your training philosophy?
Whatever is bugging you, MOVE through it. Elevate physically and mentally. Every day, leave your bullshit on the gym floor and then start your day. Watch your body change. Watch your perspective change. Watch your life change.
What is the single most important thing a trainer can bring to their relationship with a client?
Faith and trust. I have faith in each of my clients to do the work and to keep at it and in turn they trust me to give them the tools that will help them along the road to feeling better and stronger.
How did your training as a dancer inform the way you train people?
Posture and core strength are the building blocks of a stronger, leaner frame.
If there was one thing you could help your client’s change in their lives, what would that be?
Thinking that well being is a quick fix. Feeling better requires many little changes that should be made over time. Quick fixes are great in the short term but usually do not lead to a shift in perspective and a lifestyle change that will go the distance. I want people who work with me to really make the mind shift that moving should be like brushing your teeth and taking a shower….just part of your everyday. If I manage that, I have done my job.
Do you have a mantra that drives your personal training style?
Listen and listen some more. I am not the one driving the agenda. My clients are. All too often I see trainers applying a one-size fits all philosophy which tends to lead to clients bailing or injuring themselves. A new mum will have very different goals than someone who needs help training for a marathon.
